The "Pinnacle" is an impressive cultivar of a giant flytrap, developed from seed by Dr. Samuel Vergio Miensinompe. This flytrap is characterized by its tall, sturdy green leaves that grow almost vertically during the summer, as well as its very large traps. Pinnacle also stands out for its long eyelashes, or cilia. According to Dr. Sam, the traps of Pinnacle can reach up to two inches in size, and sometimes even larger by a few fractions of an inch when fully grown. This places it among the largest of the giant flytrap cultivars.
