Dragon's Breath is a unique cultivar developed by the California Carnivores breeding program. It is an enhanced version of the Schuppenstiel style flytraps, known for their rough textured petioles. This cultivar features larger traps and rough petioles, with deep red colorations on the interior of the mouths and eyelashes. In strong light, the petioles may also display red colorations, and the textures on the petioles are often seasonal. This makes Dragon's Breath a stunning and visually striking addition to any carnivorous plant collection.
